Jan Catalonia is the founder of Dilaab Digitals, a virtual assistance agency that has served over 150 clients across 11 countries. With more than 6 years of experience in the digital space as a freelancer, virtual assistant, and entrepreneur, Jan works at the intersection of design, tech, and business. She specializes in digital marketing, systems optimization, and workflow design, and has also trained aspiring business owners and virtual assistants, applying user-centered design principles to build efficient and scalable solutions. Thea Pacaldo is the Programs-Hub Co-Lead at KadaKareer, an edtech non-profit that helps Filipino students launch their digital careers. She has also served as Marketing Manager and Provincial Hub Leader for KadaKareer’s Hubs program. Actively engaged in youth empowerment and career development, Thea has facilitated multiple workshops and served as a guest speaker for events such as the KadaKareer x InsularLife workshop (2025) and MSU-IIT’s Life After College workshop (2025).
