Giselle is a Design Researcher at Metrobank, where she leads studies that shape digital banking experiences and improve customer journeys across products and services. With a background in computer science and years of UX research experience in fintech, real estate, and HR tech, she has established research operations that scaled teams and accelerated product discovery. She has presented her work at CHIuXiD in Indonesia and World Information Architecture Day Manila, and is currently pursuing an MSc in Financial Technology at the Asian Institute of Management and Manchester Metropolitan University.
