Clarisse is the Head of DesignOps at Human Managed, where she bridges design and operations to deliver scalable, consistent, and impactful user experiences. She built the company’s Design System from the ground up, designs data-driven dashboards that turn complexity into clarity, and previously prototyped a digital CISO chatbot using open-source AI tools. With experience spanning operations, product design, and teaching at De La Salle University, she continues to champion systems that empower teams and drive meaningful user outcomes.
