Shannen is a fractional product designer and founder of Brickroad Studios. She helps businesses untangle messy ideas and turn them into digital products that look good and work great. She partners with mission-driven teams to sharpen their product vision, improve how people experience their product, and make sure the design supports real business goals. It’s a mix of strategy and hands-on design work, done with care. She also leads UX Davao, a volunteer-led non-profit organizations that been running events since 2017 to help local designers level up and connect with the global design community.

Jordan Aiko Deja is an HCI researcher focusing on augmented reality, visualization, robotics, and learning. He is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Senior Research Fellow at the Human-X Interactions Lab, De La Salle University. He is pursuing his PhD at the University of Primorska in Slovenia as part of the HICUP research group, working on novel interaction concepts and personalized services through advanced sensing and algorithms. Jordan is also Research Director and Board Member of UX Philippines (UXPH), and Vice Chair of the Manila ACM SIGCHI Chapter. Currently, he serves as Director for Cybernetics at Ixean Solutions, a defense-tech startup specializing in AI and robotics for ASEAN challenges.
